AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing our website atxtrees.com or contacting ATX Trees & Land Development LLC by phone, email, or SMS, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
SERVICES
ATX Trees & Land Development LLC provides:

Container-grown trees including privacy, shade, ornamental, and native Texas trees

Tree delivery and professional installation

Quarterly Tree Care Program (TCP) services including fertilization, pest treatment, and health assessments

Root Revive organic fertilizer products

Land development and landscaping services
SMS / TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS
Program Name: ATX Trees Customer Communications
By providing your phone number and consenting (verbally during a phone call or via our website contact form), you agree to receive SMS text messages from ATX Trees & Land Development LLC at (737) 390-0356.
Message Types: Appointment confirmations, consultation reminders, callback scheduling confirmations, service follow-ups, and responses to customer inquiries.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive up to 5 messages per service engagement.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
CONSENT TO RECEIVE MESSAGES
Customers consent to receive SMS messages from ATX Trees in the following ways:

Verbally during a phone call — our AI receptionist informs callers they will receive an SMS confirmation, and callers consent by providing their phone number

By submitting a contact or consultation form on atxtrees.com and checking the consent box
We will never send unsolicited messages. You will only receive messages related to your inquiry or service with ATX Trees.
WARRANTIES
All trees installed by ATX Trees & Land Development LLC include a 1-year warranty. Trees purchased but not installed by our crew are sold as-is. Warranty details will be provided at the time of purchase or installation.
PAYMENTS
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options are available — ask your consultant for details.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ATX Trees & Land Development LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services beyond the value of the services provided.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Hays County, Texas.
